By using or making purchases on this site, you expressly agree to be bound by these terms that govern the site. Virginia House of Comedy Entertainment Complex reserves the right to change these terms at any time, effective immediately upon posting updates to the site.
Virginia House of Comedy Entertainment Complex does not issue exchanges or refunds for purchased tickets, nor do we issue refunds for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets, or tickets claimed to be "not delivered." Seating
All seating is on a first come first served basis and there are no guarantees of sitting your party together. We do suggest you arrive at least (1) hour prior to show time for a better seat selection.
Purchasing Tickets
The ticket price that you pay will often be slightly higher than the price printed on the ticket. By making purchases on our website or charge by phone, you are acknowledging that tickets are priced higher than the actual face value, and agree to pay the price set forth by Virginia House of Comedy Entertainment Complex. Only the Virginia House of Comedy Entertainment Complex can guarantee 100% legitimate tickets. If you buy tickets that are sold through a source other than the Virginia House of Comedy Entertainment Complex ticketing system charge by phone, website or actual walk up you have no way of knowing whether they are counterfeit or have been invalidated.
Cancelled Events
If an event is cancelled for any reason other than an act of God (rainout, earthquake, flood, etc.), war, terrorism, strike, or lockout, we will provide a full refund for the amount that you paid for the tickets. Service charges are not refundable. TICKETS MUST BE RECEIVED BACK IN OUR OFFICE WITHIN 14 DAYS OF THE ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE EVENT CANCELLATION. We suggest returning tickets via certified mail or using a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery. We will attempt to contact you with further instructions in these instances. If you have not heard from us within 48 hours of the announcement, please contact us at 804-458-2880 or info@vhocentertainmentcomplex.com.
Will Call
All tickets purchased in advance via website or charge by phone will be at the Box Office window the night of the show under the name of the credit card holder. You may also pick your tickets up during normal box office hour’s days prior to the event. In order to claim your tickets you must present a valid photo ID.
Liability Limitations
The Virginia House of Comedy is not responsible for transportation or travel related expenses to attend the event. We are not responsible for traffic, parking, long entrance lines, weather or any other delays that could cause you to arrive late or miss the event for any reason. We are not responsible for denied seating to theater shows or any other events should you arrive late. It is at the OUR discretion whether to seat late arrivals and all venue policies must be adhered to. We are not responsible for customers that are refused entrance or removed from the venue due to irresponsible or inappropriate behavior, or for any other reason. We are not responsible for denied entrance due to age restrictions. Age restrictions should be verified prior to purchasing tickets. It shall be the customers’ responsibility to determine whether the content of an event is appropriate for all members of their party. All tickets are guaranteed to be 100% authentic and we do not sell duplicate tickets for the same event. If you can’t find a seat, it is your responsibility to seek assistance from a venue usher. No refunds, credits or exchanges will be issued under any of the above circumstances.
By purchasing tickets, you acknowledge and concede that all transactions take place in Hopewell in the state of Virginia. In the event that Virginia House of Comedy Entertainment Complex is required to seek legal action in order to recover fees, or resolve disputes, customer agrees that we are entitled to recover all costs associated with such action, including but not limited to reasonable attorney’s fees and administrative costs within the jurisdiction of Prince George County in the state of Virginia.

We do not ship tickets. What if my event is postponed?
If an event is postponed or rescheduled, the tickets will be honored for the rescheduled event date. New tickets will not need to be issued for most rescheduled events or postponements.
LOST or STOLEN TICKETS
When you receive your tickets, keep them in a safe place. Unfortunately, tickets cannot be replaced if they are lost, stolen, or damaged. Please note that direct sunlight or heat can damage some tickets. Why are my tickets printed on a sheet of paper?
These tickets showcase the newest form of tickets or e-tickets technology and are your actual tickets. They are valid and 100% legitimate. Each ticket features a unique bar code. Just like a hard ticket in which most customers are accustomed. Make sure you bring these tickets (paper printouts) with you to the event, as you will not be admitted without them. Simply present your ticket at door, the attendant will scan them, and you will be admitted. Do not copy your tickets, as the venue will only allow one entry per unique bar code. Make sure you keep your ticket in a safe place and protect it as you would any other ticket. Tickets on Hold

Service Charge
The service charge $3 helps us recover some of the costs associated with processing payments, as well as guaranteeing that every ticket on the site is authentic.
Event Dates and Times
Event dates and times printed on the face of the tickets, or in any correspondence from Virginia House of Comedy Entertainment Complex, are always subject to change. This is especially true for comics that are subject to television scheduling conflicts. It is your responsibility to check for any possible changes in date and time.
